Delivery Options
Delivery is available at checkout and typically takes between 2–7 working days.

Express & Bulk Orders
For express delivery or orders involving a large quantity of racking, please contact us directly to arrange delivery and discuss logistics.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and contact details at the time of purchase. If incorrect details are supplied and not corrected prior to dispatch, any resulting failed delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be held until these additional costs are paid. Customers may contest these charges if they can demonstrate that the information provided was accurate.

Unloading
It is the customer’s responsibility to unload the goods upon delivery. Rack It Stack It is not liable for any damages that occur during the unloading process. If assistance is required, our team can help unload upon request; however, Rack It Stack It assumes no responsibility for any damages that may occur during unloading, regardless of who performs it. The decision to allow our team to assist rests solely with the customer.

Large Deliveries & Third-Party Logistics
In the event our vehicles are unable to fulfil delivery due to order size, Rack It Stack It reserves the right to apply additional charges if third-party logistics services are required. Customers will be notified in advance and may choose to cancel the order for a full refund should they not wish to proceed under the revised delivery terms.
