Returns
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

It must be returned in its original packaging, including all components, fittings and documentation.

You must provide valid proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt or order confirmation).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Double-check your bank account.

Contact your credit/debit card provider – it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Contact your bank – there is often a processing delay.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Made-to-order or customised racking solutions (unless incorrectly made)

Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
