Order online: add the products you need to your basket and check out. For quoted work such as a run of used racking, an installation or a large quantity, use the quote form or the used racking quote builder.

Yes, we deliver across the UK. Smaller items go by courier; pallet racking and large orders go on our own vehicles or with a pallet carrier. Delivery is calculated at checkout, and pallet racking delivery is priced from our depot in CV13 6PA. The details are in our shipping policy.

Most orders arrive within 2 to 4 working days. The exact time depends on what you order, whether it is new or used, the size of the order and where you are. Large or used racking orders are booked in with you before they are sent.

Sometimes. Next-day delivery depends on the product, the quantity, your location and stock, so it is not something we can promise on every order. If you need something quickly, call 01827 949222 before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

Yes. Collection is from our depot at Temple Hall Farm, Wellsborough, CV13 6PA. Please arrange it with us first so your order is picked and ready when you arrive.

It depends on how your order ships. Courier parcels normally come with the carrier's own tracking or dispatch notification. Racking delivered on our vehicles or by pallet carrier is booked in with you by phone or email, so you know the day. If you have not heard from us by the expected dispatch date, contact us with your order number.

Large orders arrive on a pallet or on one of our vehicles and are delivered kerbside, so you need people or a forklift or pallet truck to unload; unloading is the customer's responsibility. Tell us about access restrictions, narrow roads or time limits when you order. Where a very large order needs a third-party haulier, additional charges can apply, as set out in the shipping policy.

Count the items against the delivery note and look for damage before you sign. If anything is damaged, note it on the driver's paperwork or sign as damaged, take photographs, and report it to us within 48 hours with your order number. Do not fit or use damaged components.

Both. We stock used pallet racking bays, frames and beams from established manufacturers, and we supply and install new systems. The pallet racking page explains the system types; the complete catalogue is under all pallet racking.

Link 51 is our largest range, alongside Redirack, Dexion (P90 and Speedlock), SSI Schaefer, Esmena, Apex and Mecalux components. Stock changes, so check the brand collections for what is available now.

Pallet racking parts are manufacturer-specific: the upright profile, the beam end connector and the feet all differ between brands, and they do not mix. Match the brand of your existing frames first, then the frame depth and beam length. If you are not sure, send us photographs of an upright and a beam end and we will identify it.

Yes. For a new layout, start with the warehouse optimiser or send us the floor dimensions, ceiling height, pallet sizes and what you handle with, and we will plan the runs and aisles. Layouts are quoted through the quote form.

Yes. Beams, frames and uprights, feet and levelling shims, safety locking pins, splice kits, row spacers and frame protection are all sold individually for repairs and extensions.

Yes. Used Link 51 bays are listed in 900mm and 1100mm depths with a choice of frame height, beam levels and number of bays, and we quote complete new or used runs of any size through the quote builder.

Yes. Photograph the front face of an upright, the beam end connector and any label or stamp, and send them with the quote form or by WhatsApp. Most systems can be identified from the upright profile alone.

Yes. Installation is carried out by our SEIRS-registered installation teams, for new and used systems. See pallet racking installation for what is included and examples of recent projects.

Yes. We dismantle racking for disposal, resale or relocation, and re-install it at the new site. Takedowns from 45 to 650 bays are among our recent projects.

Yes. Our installation and takedown teams work across the UK; recent projects include Leicester, Sheffield, Harrow, Guildford, Birmingham, Cheshire, Middlesbrough and South Wales.

Yes. Supply and installation can be quoted together, so the racking arrives and is built by the same team. Ask for supply and installation on the quote form.

Yes. We install, alter, relocate and dismantle existing customer racking, whoever supplied it. We need to know the brand and quantities so the right team and equipment are sent.

The site postcode, the brand and quantity of racking (number of bays, frame heights and depths, beam lengths and levels), drawings or photographs if you have them, the floor type, access and any time restrictions, and whether the racking is new, used or already on site.

Yes. We buy used pallet racking from warehouses that are closing, moving or changing layout. Tell us what you have on the sell my pallet racking page and we will make an offer where the racking suits our stock; we cannot buy every system.

The brand, the number of frames and their heights and depths, the number and length of beams, photographs, the site location, whether the racking is still installed and when it will be available.

Yes. Where agreed as part of the purchase, our takedown teams dismantle and remove the racking, which is usually the simplest route for a site that is being cleared.

Yes. Large clearances are what we are set up for; recent takedowns include a 650-bay site. Send the quantities and a date and we will price the purchase and the removal together.

Mainly the brands we resell: Link 51, Redirack, Dexion, SSI Schaefer, Apex and Mecalux. Other brands may still be of interest depending on quantity and condition, so ask.

The rating is the load each shelf carries when the weight is spread evenly. RISI175 is five-tier shelving, 1800 x 900 x 400mm, rated 175kg per shelf for boxes, tools and general storage. 400kg heavy duty shelving is four-tier, 1200 or 1800mm wide and 450 or 600mm deep, for parts, stock and equipment. Measure the deepest item you will store and the floor space you can give up. Our shelving comes in 400mm (RISI175), 450mm and 600mm (400kg range) depths. Tyres, large totes and tool chests need 600mm; boxes and tools are fine on 400mm. The garage shelving guide covers depth, width and height.

Yes. RISI175 is available as 3, 5 and 10-bay deals, the 400kg range as a 3-bay deal, and our 600mm-deep storage racking as one to four joined bays. Deals are priced per bay below the single-bay price. See all heavy duty shelving.

Yes, and the right range depends on the load. RISI175 suits garages, workshops and stockrooms with everyday loads; the 400kg range suits heavier parts and warehouse picking. The warehouse shelving guide explains when shelving is the right choice and when you need pallet racking instead.

Yes. RISI175 and 400kg bays are free-standing units, so you add bays alongside as you need them. The 600mm-deep storage racking is extended with an add-on bay that shares an upright with the existing run.

The rating is the heaviest pallet the truck is designed to lift. Choose the rating above your heaviest pallet: 2000kg trucks cover most retail and general warehouse pallets, 3000kg trucks suit building materials, liquids and mixed loads. The 2000kg vs 3000kg guide explains the choice.

All our current trucks have 550mm external fork width with a 230mm gap, which suits standard UK 1200 x 1000mm and Euro 1200 x 800mm pallets. Fork length is the decision: 1150mm is standard, 800mm is for short and Euro pallets in tight spaces, 2000mm for long loads. See the fork size guide.

Short 800mm forks turn in confined stockrooms and vehicles and sit flush with a Euro pallet. Standard 1150mm forks support a full-size pallet and are the general-purpose choice. Long 2000mm forks carry two standard pallets end to end or one long load, and need more room to turn.

Nylon wheels are hard-wearing and cope with oil, debris and rough floors; they are fitted to our standard trucks. Polyurethane (PU) wheels run more quietly and are kinder to painted and resin floors; they are fitted to the Premium 3000kg truck. The wheel guide compares them.

Our online range is manual: 2000kg and 3000kg hand-pumped trucks in standard, short-fork and long-reach formats, plus a used braked truck. Electric pallet trucks are not currently listed online; if you need one, ask us. See all pallet trucks.

Note the damage on the carrier's paperwork or sign as damaged, photograph it, and report it to us within 48 hours with your order number and a description. We will arrange a replacement, a repair or a refund as set out in our returns and refunds policy.

Contact us as soon as you have checked the delivery, with your order number and what is missing. We check the pick list and send the missing part.

Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging with all components, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method after the goods have been inspected. Full conditions are in the returns and refunds policy.

Yes. Send photographs of the upright profile, the beam end connector and the part you need, and we will match it. Most replacement Link 51 and other brand components are sold individually.
