Ordering & Delivery

How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website via the online shop. Unsure what you need? Or custom sizes, large orders or used racking systems, you can call us on 01827 213073 or email the team to get a tailored quote, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Yes, we are based at Temple Hall Farm, Bosworth Road, Wellsborough, CV13 6PA. We welcome site visits Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, so you can view our range of new and used pallet racking, shelving and accessories.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure online payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay. Alternatively, we do have card machines on site.

What are your delivery times?

We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible and we offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability, whether the racking is new or used, the size of the order and your location. Please contact us for a more precise estimate for your order.

Do you deliver nationwide?

es, we deliver throughout the UK. We offer an in-house delivery service via our fleet, we also use a third-party Pallet courier, so we can offer next-day and economy services.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Absolutely. If you prefer to collect from our premises, this can be arranged. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability and to arrange a suitable collection time.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Next-day delivery can be offered in some cases, depending on stock availability, your location and order size. Please contact us directly to check whether your order qualifies for next-day delivery.

Will I receive tracking information for my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can monitor your shipment from us. You will also receive a 2-hour time slot on the day of delivery. (Please note this is for pallet delivery only)

How do I choose the right racking system for my space?

We offer both new and pre‐owned pallet racking, shelving and warehouse accessories. With over 10 years of industry experience, we can guide you on selecting the correct system based on your space, load requirements, usage and budget. Do you provide installation services?

Yes, we can provide installation or assembly services via our qualified SEIRS install team (especially for larger or used racking systems that need dismantling, relocation or reassembly). Please let us know your requirements and we’ll include installation in your quote.

Can I add extra shelves or beams later on?

Absolutely. Many of our systems are modular and designed for flexibility. You can add extra shelves, beams or accessories later as your storage needs evolve. Please contact us with your existing system details and we’ll identify compatible components for you.

How can I contact you if I need help after purchase?

You can call us on 01827 213073, or email through the contact form on our website. We’d be happy to assist with any post-purchase questions, parts, adaptations or further requirements.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage and your order reference. We will work with you to resolve the issue — this may include arranging a replacement part, refund or repair depending on circumstances. If your delivery is made via pallet please sign for the pallet as ‘damaged’.

What should I do if a part is missing?

If you find a part missing from your delivery, please get in touch as soon as possible with your order number and details of what’s missing. We will check our records and arrange for the missing component to be shipped to you promptly.
