Is the site survey really free?

Yes, with no obligation. Our team visits your site, takes measurements and advises on the right racking solution for your space. There is no cost for the visit or the CAD design it produces.

Do you supply new or used racking?

Both. New racking suits specific configurations or load ratings; quality-checked used racking is a cost-effective alternative for many applications. We can advise on which fits your requirements and budget.

How long does installation take?

It depends on project scale — a small installation can be completed in a day, while larger multi-bay projects may run over several weeks. Our quotation includes a realistic programme so you can plan around it.

Are you SEMA certified or accredited?

Rack It Stack It is a SEMA Approved Member, the formal SEMA status for independently assessed companies supplying and installing storage equipment. Our company processes, health-and-safety controls, quality systems and management of installation work have been assessed against SEMA membership requirements.

Are your pallet racking installers SEIRS approved?

Our installation work is completed by SEIRS-registered installers. SEIRS is SEMA's recognised training and registration scheme for storage-equipment installers, supervisors and installation managers.
