Is the site survey really free?

Yes, with no obligation. Our team visits your site, takes measurements and advises on the right racking solution for your space. There is no cost for the visit or the CAD design it produces.

Do you supply new or used racking?

Both. New racking suits specific configurations or load ratings; quality-checked used racking is a cost-effective alternative for many applications. We can advise on which fits your requirements and budget.

How long does installation take?

It depends on project scale — a small installation can be completed in a day, while larger multi-bay projects may run over several weeks. Our quotation includes a realistic programme so you can plan around it.

Do you provide a written installation programme?

Yes. Every commercial installation is agreed against a written programme covering site access, delivery, installation stages and handover, so you know what to expect and when.

Are your pallet racking installers SEIRS approved?
