Commercial site survey to SEIRS-registered handover

A managed project process from initial survey through to documented handover — no surprises.

Send your Birmingham site postcode, layout or dimensions, photographs and target dates. Include delivery access, unloading arrangements and whether the installation sits alongside an operating warehouse. We can then discuss the racking, layout work and installation scope, with any plant, transport and site requirements set out in the quote.

Commercial site survey & CAD design

We assess floor conditions, clear height, pallet weights, handling equipment and operational flow, then produce a CAD layout for the site. Free, no obligation.

Specification & project planning

The system is specified around the intended loads and manufacturer requirements. The agreed scope defines equipment, layout, programme and installation.

SEIRS-registered installation & handover

Our SEIRS-registered team installs in accordance with the agreed design and applicable SEMA Codes of Practice, then hands over with full checks and load notices.

What we install

Heavy-duty and specialist racking systems

We supply and install pallet racking and storage systems specified around load requirements, site conditions and operational flow.

Palletised goods, loose components and long materials do not all need the same storage. Start with the sizes and weights you handle and how they are loaded. Adjustable pallet racking may suit palletised stock, while cantilever can be considered for appropriate long-load applications. We will discuss the specification around your site rather than assume one system suits everything.

Common questions about racking installation

Do you install pallet racking as well as cantilever?

Yes. Pallet racking installation is a core service, and we also supply and install cantilever systems. The choice depends on the goods, handling method and site.

Can you install outdoor storage?

We can assess suitable outdoor cantilever projects. Ground conditions, exposure, loads and the proposed specification need review; an indoor system should not simply be assumed suitable outside.

Do you have a Birmingham branch?

Our business is based in Wellsborough, Leicestershire. We serve Birmingham and the wider region through our installation operation, rather than a separate Birmingham branch.

What types of racking do you install?

We install adjustable pallet racking, narrow aisle and high-bay layouts, cantilever racking and longspan shelving, together with racking repairs, alterations and CAD layout work. Projects range from a handful of bays to a complete warehouse fit-out.

Do you work to an agreed programme?

Yes. Every commercial installation is agreed against a written scope and programme covering site access, delivery, the installation stages and handover, so the dates and responsibilities are set out before work starts.

Are your pallet racking installers SEIRS registered?

Installation is carried out by SEIRS-registered teams. SEIRS is the recognised registration scheme for storage equipment installers, supervisors and installation managers, and our teams work to the agreed specification and the racking manufacturer’s requirements.
