How it works

Commercial site survey to SEIRS-registered handover

A managed project process from initial survey through to documented handover — no surprises.

Before choosing bay sizes, tell us how goods arrive, which items are picked by hand and where complete pallets need access. A useful starting brief includes pallet dimensions and weights, available height, door positions and the handling equipment you use. This helps us discuss a workable layout rather than quote a quantity of racking that may not fit.

Commercial site survey & CAD design

We assess floor conditions, clear height, pallet weights, handling equipment and operational flow, then produce a CAD layout for the site. Free, no obligation.

Specification & project planning

The system is specified around the intended loads and manufacturer requirements. The agreed scope defines equipment, layout, programme and installation.

SEIRS-registered installation & handover

Our SEIRS-registered team installs in accordance with the agreed design and applicable SEMA Codes of Practice, then hands over with full checks and load notices.

What we install

Heavy-duty and specialist racking systems

We supply and install pallet racking and storage systems specified around load requirements, site conditions and operational flow.

Our wider Leicestershire work includes a 450-bay Mecalux project. For your own fit-out, share the proposed move-in date and any delivery or access restrictions early. We can discuss new and used options and agree the scope before installation is booked. Delivery, equipment and installation arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.

Common questions about racking installation

Are you based in Leicester?

Our base is at Wellsborough in Leicestershire, near Market Bosworth. We serve Leicester sites from there; this page does not represent a separate Leicester branch.

Can you supply used racking as part of the installation?

Yes. We supply and install used as well as new pallet racking. The available system, component condition, required loads and layout determine what is suitable for your project.

Do I need a finished drawing before asking for a quote?

No. Send the dimensions and photographs you have, along with your pallet and forklift details. We can discuss the layout and whether a site visit is needed.

What types of racking do you install?

We install adjustable pallet racking, narrow aisle and high-bay layouts, cantilever racking and longspan shelving, together with racking repairs, alterations and CAD layout work. Projects range from a handful of bays to a complete warehouse fit-out.

Do you work to an agreed programme?

Yes. Every commercial installation is agreed against a written scope and programme covering site access, delivery, the installation stages and handover, so the dates and responsibilities are set out before work starts.

Are your pallet racking installers SEIRS registered?

Installation is carried out by SEIRS-registered teams. SEIRS is the recognised registration scheme for storage equipment installers, supervisors and installation managers, and our teams work to the agreed specification and the racking manufacturer’s requirements.
