Commercial site survey to SEIRS-registered handover

A managed project process from initial survey through to documented handover — no surprises.

If you want to use more of the available height, send the clear building height and handling-equipment details as well as the floor dimensions. The full site and system requirements need assessment before a design is agreed. Our Warehouse Optimiser can help communicate an initial idea, but it does not replace the project’s design review.

Specification & project planning

The system is specified around the intended loads and manufacturer requirements. The agreed scope defines equipment, layout, programme and installation.

SEIRS-registered installation & handover

Our SEIRS-registered team installs in accordance with the agreed design and applicable SEMA Codes of Practice, then hands over with full checks and load notices.

Have you installed pallet racking in Sheffield?

Can we use the same dimensions as that project?

Only if an assessment establishes that they suit your system, loads, equipment and building. A previous project’s specification is evidence of work completed, not a ready-made design for another site.

Can we start with an approximate capacity target?

Yes. Tell us the pallet positions you would like, the stock dimensions and weights, and the equipment you use. We can then discuss what information is needed to develop the layout.
