Rack It Stack It stock a wide variety of pallet decking available in the 1100mm or 900mm depths to suit whichever of the standard warehouse rack depths you need. We are also able to supply custom depths such as 600 or 400mm, contact us to find out more bout this service.
Chipboard Deck Boards
Light duty rack decking would typically be suited to plywood. Our 22mm or 25mm chipboard decks, offer a smooth, flat and stable platform. They are available in a variety of shelf widths to suit your choice of pallet racking beam width, ensuring a snug fit.
Timber Deck Boards
Rack It Stack It’s timber pallet racking deck bords offer a more heavy-duty shelving solution. Our pallet racking is open boarded and is suppled in either 900mm or 1100mm depths. Each section is 1350mm wide, so two sections provide a perfect fit for 2700mm pallet racking beams. As with out chipboard decks, should you need a custom size, please contact us for a quotation.
Mesh Decking
Our wire mesh decking for pallet racking is available in 900mm or 1100mm depth and is a popular option for outdoor or cold room storage, they are designed not to corrode so are ideal in a damp storage environment. As with the timber deck boards they come in 1350mm width sections to fit two on a 2700mm racking beam. However, if you have 3300mm beams, our mesh decks are available in 1100mm by 1100mm, so three sections sit snugly between the uprights.
