Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and contact details at the time of purchase. If incorrect details are supplied and not corrected prior to dispatch, any resulting failed delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Unloading

The decision to allow our team to assist rests solely with the customer.
Large Deliveries & Third-Party Logistics
In the event our vehicles are unable to fulfil delivery due to order size, Rack It Stack It reserves the right to apply additional charges if third-party logistics services are required. Customers will be notified in advance and may choose to cancel the order for a full refund should they not wish to proceed under the revised delivery terms.
