Rack It Stack It – Shipping Policy

Delivery Options

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product description or during checkout.

Express & Bulk Orders

For express delivery or orders involving large quantities of racking, please contact us directly prior to purchase. Our team will work with you to arrange suitable delivery options and discuss logistics.

Packaging & Damage

All products are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Each order is checked prior to dispatch.

If any item arrives damaged, customers must notify Rack It Stack It within 7 days of the delivery date via email or phone so a replacement can be arranged.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and contact information at the time of purchase.

If incorrect or incomplete information is supplied and not corrected before dispatch, any costs associated with failed or reattempted deliveries will be the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be held until these additional charges are paid.

Customers may dispute these charges if they can demonstrate that the delivery information provided was accurate at the time of purchase.

Unloading of Goods

Customers are responsible for unloading goods upon delivery. Rack It Stack It is not liable for any damage that occurs during unloading.

If assistance is requested, our team may help unload; however, Rack It Stack It assumes no responsibility for any damage incurred during unloading, regardless of who performs it. The decision to accept unloading assistance rests solely with the customer.

Large Deliveries & Third-Party Logistics

If an order exceeds the capacity of our delivery vehicles, Rack It Stack It reserves the right to engage third-party logistics providers, which may result in additional delivery charges.

Customers will be notified in advance of any revised delivery costs and may choose to cancel the order for a full refund if they do not wish to proceed under the updated delivery terms.
