Our latest completed project is a 120 bay Link 51 pallet racking installation in Milton Keynes, laid out as a very narrow aisle (VNA) system to get the most pallet positions into the customer's floor area while keeping low-level picking accessible.
The system uses 4500mm x 1100mm Link 51 frames with 2225mm beams rated to 2000kg per level, low-level picking shelves with pallet locations above, and end barriers protecting the aisle entries. The layout was planned in a full CAD drawing before delivery, and our SEIRS-registered installation teams completed the installation in five days.
By choosing quality used Link 51 racking, the customer saved around 50% compared with buying new racking of the same specification.
