Common questions about selling used racking
Do people actually buy used pallet racking?
Yes. Used racking from the main manufacturers has a resale market, which is why we buy it. What a system is worth depends on the brand, the quantity, the condition and how complete it is, so the valuation follows the photographs rather than a fixed price list.
Can you dismantle and collect it from my warehouse?
Yes, by arrangement. We assess the access, the loading arrangements and whether the building is still operating, then agree a programme with you. Racking-related floor fixings can be cut down where that is agreed in advance; this is not a full dilapidations service.
What if my racking has little or no resale value?
We will say so. Some systems are too damaged, too obsolete or too small a quantity to be worth buying, and in that case the proposal is for the removal work rather than a purchase. A purchase offer and the cost of removal are always set out separately so you can see what is included.
