The Premium 3000kg manual pallet truck is our standard 550 x 1150mm format supplied on polyurethane (PU) wheels in place of nylon. Rated capacity, fork configuration, 4.2mm steel plate construction and manual hydraulic operation all match the standard 3000kg models. It suits warehouses, stockrooms, factories, workshops, loading bays and delivery areas where the polyurethane wheel configuration is the one you want.

The Premium is our 3000kg manual pallet truck in the standard 550 x 1150mm fork configuration, supplied on polyurethane (PU) wheels in place of nylon. Capacity, fork size, 4.2mm steel plate construction and manual hydraulic operation match the standard 3000kg models; the wheel material is the difference.
Polyurethane is a softer-faced wheel material than nylon. PU wheels are generally associated with smoother, quieter running than hard nylon wheels, which is what operators notice on a truck that is in use all day. It is finished in blue with a red steering handle and red PU rollers, so it is easy to tell apart from the standard trucks on a busy site.
