Triton professional workshop equipment
SuperJaws XXL Portable Clamping System
The Triton SJA100XL is a freestanding clamping station for workshop and site work, built for jobs where the workpiece has to be held properly before anything else can happen. Up to 1000kg of clamping force and a jaw that opens the whole way from 0 to 1000mm let it take hold of awkward, oversized and irregular work that will not sit in a bench vice.
Clamping is worked by foot, so both hands stay on the workpiece while it is positioned and secured. The frame is powder-coated steel throughout, the jaws reverse for extra-wide capacity, and the legs fold against the body when the job is finished.
Key Features
Mechanical clamping applies up to 1000kg of controlled pressure, holding the workpiece steady while you cut, drill or shape it.
Reversible sliding jaws open the full metre, taking doors, panels, fence sections and other work a bench vice cannot reach around.
The pedal does the clamping, so both hands stay free to line the workpiece up and hold it square as it is gripped.
Urethane facings give a slip-resistant grip and help protect the surface of the work. A lock and release switch controls the jaws.
An extra-wide tripod base steadies large work, and the legs fold in so the unit stores flat and travels between jobs.

Why Choose SuperJaws XXL?
- Both hands stay on the work. Foot-operated clamping means you are not holding the workpiece with one hand and the clamp with the other.
- It takes work a bench vice cannot. A full metre of jaw opening suits doors, panels, long timber and awkward sections.
- Reversible jaws for extra-wide capacity. Switching the jaws over opens the clamping range up without adding another tool.
- You can get around the workpiece. The freestanding tripod leaves the work accessible from either side, unlike a bench-mounted vice.
- Stable where you set it down. An extra-wide base steadies large work, and the front feet can be bolted to the floor for permanent use.
- Folds away when you are finished. The legs fold against the body, and front and rear carry handles make it manageable to move.
- Built to stay outside the van. All-steel construction under a corrosion-resistant powder coat.

Before You Use It
1000kg is clamping force, not load capacity. The maximum load the jaws will support is 250kg. The two figures measure different things and should not be read across.
Triton's manual states that the SuperJaws must not be used as a step or a platform, and that it is not a support for people. Use it only as the instruction manual directs.
